How to set up tickets
Ticket sales run through a QR code in Ticket mode, then are managed in Tickets Manager.
Before you start
- Event name, date, and ticket tiers are decided.
- You know ticket prices and any quantity limits.
- You have email support ready for ticket delivery questions.
Expected result
Buyers can purchase tickets via QR and you can monitor, resend, disable, or re-enable tickets from Tickets Manager.
Exact steps
Start in Dashboard → QR Codes. You will turn on Ticket mode during QR setup.

Open Dashboard → QR Codes and click Create QR code.

Enter event payment details and turn on Ticket mode.

Click Create QR code.

Open the new QR detail page.

Add your first ticket item (this is your first ticket type).

Add more items for extra tiers (for example General, VIP, Child).

Choose send behavior: immediate send after payment, or manual resend workflow.

Share or display the event payment QR for buyers.

Open Dashboard → Tickets Manager to track sends and delivery states.

Use bulk actions to resend, disable, or re-enable tickets as needed.
Ticket setup variants
Single ticket type
Use for: One-price events
Setup: Add one item on the ticket QR detail page.
Multi-tier ticketing
Use for: General / VIP / Child / Early-bird
Setup: Add one item per tier, each with its own price.
Immediate send
Use for: Most public ticket sales
Setup: Keep Send tickets immediately after purchase enabled.
Manual resend flow
Use for: Ops-managed fulfilment
Setup: Disable immediate send and resend from Tickets Manager.
