What clubs use it for
- Subs and registrations
- Put a QR code on the registration form or the clubroom wall. Set a price for each grade, or let members enter the amount.
- Bookings and entry fees
- Leave a code at the court, the gate or the hall door. People pay when they turn up, whether or not anyone is there to take the money.
- Fundraisers and raffles
- Sausage sizzles, raffles, calendars and Christmas cakes. Each one can have its own code.
- Tickets
- Sell tickets to shows, quiz nights and prizegivings, then scan them at the door with a phone.
- Koha and donations
- Leave the amount open and people give what they choose.
Made for committees and volunteers
- Volunteers take payments with a delegation code. They don't need a login, and the money still goes to the club's account.
- Share the account with your treasurer or committee as an editor or a viewer.
- Export payments to a spreadsheet for the treasurer's report.
- There are no monthly fees, so a quiet off-season costs nothing.
