All fees (Stripe's processing fees + Tillify's 0.75%) are deducted automatically when the payment is processed.
Tillify's 0.75% per transaction covers platform costs and is deducted at the same time as Stripe's fees.

How are Pay by Bank fees charged?
Pay by Bank uses simple fees of 1% + $0.25 per transaction. Your customers receive the full payment amount, and fees are billed to you separately each month.
How are Card fees charged?
Card payments use standard processing fees which are deducted directly from each transaction. You receive the remaining amount after fees are applied.
Why choose Pay by Bank over Card?
With Pay by Bank, customers receive the full payment amount, and your fees are transparent and predictable. You pay fees separately, not from the transaction. This is better for maintaining accurate records and customer trust.
Can I use both payment methods?
Yes! You can set up both bank transfers and card payments. Pay by Bank is set as your default payment method, but customers can choose Card if they prefer card payments.
