Getting Started
1Sign Up for Tillify
Visit Tillify and create your account. You'll need:
- Your email address
- A secure password
- Your business details
2Connect Your Bank Account
Link your bank account for bank transfers or set up card payment processing.
Your banking credentials are never shared with Tillify. All connections are encrypted and secure.
3Generate QR Codes
Create payment QR codes for your products or fixed amounts. You can display them on:
- Your stall or stand
- Menu boards
- Social media
- Marketing materials
4Start Receiving Payments
Your customers scan the QR code, choose their payment method, and you receive confirmation instantly. Money settles to your account within the timeline for your chosen payment method.

Common Questions
Do I need a business bank account?
No, you can use your personal bank account. Tillify works for individual vendors, farmers market stalls, and small businesses.
What if something goes wrong with a payment?
If a payment fails or there's an issue, you'll receive instant notification. Both bank and card transactions have dispute resolution processes managed by our payment partners.
Can I see my transaction history?
Yes, your Tillify dashboard shows all transactions with timestamps, amounts, payment methods, and settlement status. You can also download reports for accounting.
What if I need to refund a customer?
Bank transfer refunds are processed manually through your dashboard. Card refunds can be processed immediately. Full instructions are available in your account.
Can I use Tillify on multiple devices?
Yes! Access your account from any device. Your QR codes work on any phone. Perfect for managing multiple stalls or sharing with team members.
Is there a limit to how much I can receive?
No hard limits. As your business grows, you may be asked to verify additional information, but there's no cap on transaction volume.
